BRUSELAS

Balanced Rapid Unrestricted Server for Extensive Ligand-Aimed Screening

Ligand-based virtual screening combining shape and pharmacophore.

About

BRUSELAS is a web server for ligand-based virtual screening (LBVS) experiments. Given a query molecule, it screens large compound libraries and returns ranked candidates that combine shape and pharmacophore similarity.

Its modular architecture allows new compounds and algorithms to be added easily, and a wide set of parameters lets users customise experiments for different application domains.

Key features

Modular & extensible

Components can be overwritten and new algorithms integrated.
